Since 2009, Attorney Fairchild has served a diverse Southern California client base, ranging from large-scale property managers and commercial entities to private landlords, and individual investors and tenants. He provides provides counsel and litigation services to protect rights and investments, resolve disputes, and manage transactions with precision.

Alex Wesevich
Associate Attorney
At Fairchild APC, Alex Wesevich focuses on civil litigation involving real estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, employment litigation, business and partnership conflicts, and complex property damage claims.
Having spent almost twenty years in the legal field—from file clerk to practicing attorney—Mr. Wesevich brings a career-long commitment to the profession and a deep appreciation for the role the law plays in helping individuals resolve conflict and move forward. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University.
Mr. Wesevich approaches litigation with a philosophy grounded in fairness, justice, and equity. While prepared to advocate forcefully when necessary, he believes the most effective legal representation often involves strategic conflict resolution and a careful understanding of how legal disputes affect not only clients but also their families and livelihoods.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Wesevich has been deeply involved in the local performing arts community for more than fifteen years. He has volunteered in stage and deck management for community theatres in Brea, Fullerton, and Yorba Linda, and he provides pro bono support to the Fullerton Historic Theatre Foundation. At home, he enjoys spending time with his fourteen-year-old son and their two cats.
